Job Summary
Senior Compensation & Benefits Executive to lead end-to-end payroll operations for local employees in Indonesia, manage tax reporting (PPh 21), BPJS administration, HRIS data management, audits, and benefits optimization; liaison for employees on salary calculations, THR, and deductions; requires Bachelor's and 3+ years payroll/CBP experience in e-commerce/retail/FMCG; proficient in Indonesian labor law, HRIS, Excel; fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; reports to Head of People, Indonesia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated payroll or compensation benefits experience within E-commerce, Online/Offline retails, and FMCG industries
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan), Job Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja), and local tax schemes
- Highly proficient in localized HRIS platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas)
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate with local teams and regional stakeholders)
