Job Summary
Senior Compensation & Operations Analyst responsible for developing and administering company compensation programs, overseeing data administration and compliance, and driving annual processes. Key duties include designing competitive pay structures, managing merit increases, incentive plans, and equity awards (RSUs); conducting market analyses and salary surveys; collaborating with HR Partners and leaders to advise on pay decisions and market competitiveness; ensuring compliance with AAP, EEO-1, SOX audits, and related documentation (change forms, offer letters); and maintaining essential compensation-related records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required
- Minimum of 5+ years in HR or related field; 3+ years of experience in Compensation or equivalent.
- Experience with ADP (WFN) HRIS helpful
- CCP, SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certifications desirable
- Extensive knowledge and experience with compensation program design and administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess labor market trends and conduct job evaluations
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to compensation (e.g., AAP, EEO-1, SOX)
- Proficiency in data administration, reporting, and compensation processes
