Job Summary
Senior Compensation Analyst will support TD's Global Total Rewards compensation policies for the Canadian Personal Banking portfolio; deliver professional research, analytics and modeling to inform compensation decisions, market intelligence, employee matching, data validation, and presentation of findings; requires strong numeracy, analytics, storytelling with data and project-management skills; undergraduate degree and 3+ years of experience in compensation are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Management, Human Resources / Labour Relations, Mathematics or Economics
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Direct experience in a Compensation role is an asset
- Working towards CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation would be considered an asset
