Job Summary

As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will conduct detailed compensation analysis and modeling, lead market benchmarking, manage global planning cycles, partner with the Recruiting Team for offer processes, and develop compensation tools. Successful candidates will have at least 5 years of compensation experience in a global technology environment, in-depth knowledge of compensation practices, expert quantitative modeling skills, and programming fluency in SQL and Python. Experience with Workday or similar HRIS is required.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of related compensation experience in a global technology environment
  • Deep knowledge of compensation practices with experience in RSUs, stock options, and performance equity plans
  • Expert-level quantitative and statistical modeling skills
  • Proven ability to design, build, and deploy data models and analytical tools
  • Demonstrated programming fluency in SQL and Python (or R)
  • Expert-level proficiency in advanced Excel functions
  • Strong experience with Workday (or similar global HRIS)
  • Strong interest in Pay Equity and Pay Transparency initiatives
