Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of a comprehensive, Excel-based simulation module for compensation scheme optimization across the MEIAT region. Act as the dedicated Project Manager, overseeing planning, execution, and cross-functional liaison with HR, Finance, and Commercial teams to design, build, and deploy the tool. Collaborate with local market teams in the UAE, KSA, India, Turkiye, and South Africa to capture operational nuances, gather data, and validate inputs for comparative analysis. Generate concise reports and executive presentations detailing proposed structure impacts to support decision-making at the Executive Committee. Strictly uphold data security, confidentiality, and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. This fixed-term role offers significant project ownership and direct exposure to the Executive Committee within a global luxury sector leader.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial modeling, data analytics, or commercial project management, preferably within multinational or luxury retail environments
- Expert-level mastery of Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, VBA, pivot tables, and financial simulation design)
- Solid understanding of compensation analysis, sales incentives, or commission schemes
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and resilient, with a strong sense of ownership and a high level of discretion in handling confidential information
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field
