Job Summary
Senior Compensation Analyst responsible for analyzing compensation data in the HRIS to ensure equity and competitiveness across structures and salary ranges. Lead third-party compensation surveys, stay abreast of industry trends, and manage global variable pay programs in collaboration with finance. Contribute to benchmarking of U.S. hourly positions, communicate compensation policies and changes to employees, and drive enhancements in compensation practices and HR data management. Onsite role at the Canton, OH headquarters with relocation expenses covered; salary reviews and variable-pay process management are included. Proficiency in HRIS analysis, data management, and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is desired; CCP designation is advantageous but not required.
Required Qualifications

- Experience with HRIS data management
- Ability to conduct and lead compensation surveys with third-party tools
- Knowledge of labor laws and industry compensation trends
- Strong quantitative data analysis and advisory capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and confidentiality
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors (preferred)
- CCP designation advantageous but not obligatory
