Job Summary
Senior Compensation Analyst will provide compensation support to HR partners and business leaders, perform data analyses, manage systems maintenance for compensation applications, and interpret compensation policies. Responsibilities include conducting salary offer analyses, job evaluation and leveling, consulting on pay practices, supporting annual pay planning and mid-year processes, performing benchmarking and market research, creating internal process documentation, auditing compensation data, participating in compensation surveys, and managing related projects. Requires collaborating with clients to interpret policies and deliver analytical insights. Proficiency with Excel and data analysis, plus knowledge of compensation concepts and regulatory frameworks, is desirable; a Bachelor’s degree and several years of relevant experience are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., business administration, finance, human resources, industrial organizational psychology) or equivalent experience
- 4 years of relevant experience in human resources, business administration or data analysis
