Senior Compensation Analyst (Part Time Contractor)

Senior Compensation Analyst role for a part-time contract focused on implementing, managing, and improving global pay and benefits programs. Responsible for day-to-day analysis, execution, and communication of compensation and benefits, with experience in Workday Core/Advanced Compensation, Mercer/BDO surveys, benchmarking methodologies, large data sets, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Reward, finance, and legal teams. Role supports recruitment, budgeting, year-end incentive processes, compliance, and market research to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits. Strong Excel data analysis skills and a track record of translating insights into actionable outcomes in a global, high-growth environment.
