Job Summary
Skillsoft is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst for a Fixed Term Contract, focusing on executive compensation strategy and governance. The role is remote, based in Massachusetts, and requires 8+ years of experience in Executive Compensation. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and expertise in public company compensation.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Executive Compensation
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Deep knowledge and experience with public company executive pay structures, proxy reporting requirements, SEC regulations, and shareholder perspectives
- Exceptional MS Excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with superior writing and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Compensation Committees or similarly scaled organizations
- Familiarity with equity administration platforms, HRIS, and compensation planning tools
- MBA or other advanced degree related to business or human capital management and /or CCP or CECP certification
