Senior Compensation Analyst

Job Summary
Senior Compensation Analyst responsible for day-to-day management and optimization of compensation programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with FirstKey Homes’ reward strategy. Leads analyses, benchmarking, market-pay analyses, and responses to salary surveys; partners with finance and leaders to administer pay adjustments, bonuses, and commissions; develops and enhances PayScale setup, compensation education, and training; designs and administers base and variable pay programs; analyzes data to identify issues and deliver solutions; ensures regulatory and legal compliance; supports job descriptions, role clarification, and FLSA classification; provides reports and stays current with compensation trends and legislative changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, human resources, business administration, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of professional analytical, project management, or generalist experience, with at least three years of compensation analyst experience
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge and experience with state and federal labor laws as it relates to compensation (FLSA, pay equity requirements, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven ability to interface with business leaders across an organization to achieve business goals
- Proven ability to be flexible, juggling multiple tasks, shifting priorities simultaneously
