Senior Compensation Analyst (Experienced Professional)

Job Summary
Senior Compensation Analyst responsible for administering core compensation programs, supporting annual cycles, and providing data-driven insights to HR, Finance, and leadership. You will manage merit increases, market adjustments, living wage initiatives, and union-related compensation programs; conduct market pricing and pay equity analyses; develop dashboards and reports; support workforce cost planning and forecasting; and help roll out new compensation programs. The role requires strong data analysis skills, experience with compensation management tools and HRIS (e.g., Workday), advanced Excel, and the ability to communicate recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of compensation analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, salary structures, incentive programs, and market pricing practices
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis tools)
- Experience with compensation management tools (MarketPay, CompAnalyst, BetterComp or similar)
- Experience partnering with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders
- Experience creating executive-level presentations in PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Workday Compensation or other HRIS compensation modules
- Preferred CCP certification or progress toward certification
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations
