Job Summary

Senior Compensation Analyst responsible for leading annual merit and off-cycle compensation processes, market pricing and program prevalence analyses, and the governance of job descriptions and pay structures. Collaborates with HRBPs and leaders to understand workforce needs, designs compensation education and total rewards communications, and drives automation and process improvements while ensuring compliance with laws and internal controls. Requires delivering ROI-focused recommendations, conducting pay equity analyses, and providing compensation consulting to directors and below; works with MarketPay and Workday modules and develops manager toolkits and guidelines to improve fairness, competitiveness, and simplicity. Open to U.S. applicants with working hours within one hour of Central Time; role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Five years of experience in compensation or related experience
  • Experience in the insurance industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge of compensation terminology, market pricing, and compensation compliance
  • Experience with Workday and MarketPay is a plus
