Job Summary

Senior Compensation Analyst responsible for developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs; lead merit, adjustment, and promotion processes; conduct job analysis and market pricing of global positions; analyze data and create reports/dashboards to support compensation strategy; ensure alignment with job architecture and Workday data integrity; interact with senior executives and manage annual and long-term incentive plans; requires strong data analytics, experience with Workday, and on-site presence in Midtown Manhattan three days per week.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in analytic positions including at least 2 years in corporate compensation roles
  • Knowledge of annual salary and bonus processes including corporate bonus structures and sales incentive compensation plans
  • Experience evaluating markets and trends affecting compensation
  • Understanding of employment laws, regulations, FLSA, and OFCCP/EEOC enforcement
  • Experience with large datasets and reporting/analytical tools (Google Sheets or Excel)
  • Experience with full employee lifecycle from a compensation standpoint
  • Understanding of Total Rewards and organizational development
  • Ability to tell a story using data
  • On-site work three days a week in Midtown Manhattan (HYBRID)
  • Base Pay Range: $95,000 - $120,000
