Job Summary
Senior Compensation Analyst responsible for developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs; lead merit, adjustment, and promotion processes; conduct job analysis and market pricing of global positions; analyze data and create reports/dashboards to support compensation strategy; ensure alignment with job architecture and Workday data integrity; interact with senior executives and manage annual and long-term incentive plans; requires strong data analytics, experience with Workday, and on-site presence in Midtown Manhattan three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in analytic positions including at least 2 years in corporate compensation roles
- Knowledge of annual salary and bonus processes including corporate bonus structures and sales incentive compensation plans
- Experience evaluating markets and trends affecting compensation
- Understanding of employment laws, regulations, FLSA, and OFCCP/EEOC enforcement
- Experience with large datasets and reporting/analytical tools (Google Sheets or Excel)
- Experience with full employee lifecycle from a compensation standpoint
- Understanding of Total Rewards and organizational development
- Ability to tell a story using data
- On-site work three days a week in Midtown Manhattan (HYBRID)
- Base Pay Range: $95,000 - $120,000
