Job Summary
Senior Compensation Analyst (Contract) to support the People team with compensation and equity programs. Responsibilities include designing, administering, and analyzing base pay, incentive plans, and job architecture; leveraging compensation platforms and AI-powered tools for job matching; performing market data benchmarking; supporting job leveling and architecture; administering quarterly incentive programs; assisting with compensation planning cycles; and providing data analysis, reporting, and communications. Requires hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS, advanced Excel, and ability to work with large datasets, along with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or related analytical HR function preferred; 3+ years required.
