Job Summary
Senior Compensation Analyst (6-12 months fixed-term contract) responsible for implementing, managing, and improving global pay and benefits programs. Key duties include defining a fair and competitive total compensation package aligned with company strategy; developing a compensation philosophy; utilizing data-driven methods for direct, indirect, and nonfinancial compensation; supporting Recruitment/Talent Management, Finance (budgets and annual bonus payments), Legal compliance, and salary surveys; conducting research on compensation trends; benchmarking with Mercer/BDO data; job matching and market data analysis; handling Workday Core/Advanced Compensation configurations; advanced Excel analysis for compensation insights; collaborating with HR, Reward, and business stakeholders; English proficiency; CPA Certification is an asset; experience in tech/pharma high-growth environments preferred. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure market competitiveness and internal alignment.
