Senior Compensation Analyst (6-12 months fixed-term contract)

Job Summary
Senior Compensation Analyst on a 6-12 month fixed-term contract to implement and manage global pay and benefits programs. Oversee day-to-day analysis, execution, and communication of compensation and benefits; define compensation philosophy aligned with organizational objectives; utilize data-driven methods for direct, indirect, and nonfinancial compensation; support recruitment, budgeting, annual bonus processes, and compliance; conduct salary and labor market surveys; benchmark and assess competitors’ plans; provide SME support to department heads, legal, finance, and HR stakeholders; experience with Workday compensation modules; advanced Excel analytics; familiarity with Mercer/BDO surveys; strong data handling and analytical capabilities; English proficiency; CPI certification is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation modules (configuration, data management, annual cycle support)
- Strong proficiency in Excel for compensation insights and reporting
- Familiarity with Mercer and BDO compensation surveys (data preparation, validation, submission)
- Proven capability in job matching and benchmarking using market data from multiple vendors
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into actionable outcomes
- Structured and process-oriented approach to compensation operations
- Effective collaboration with HR, Reward, and business stakeholders
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (ideally with post-graduate qualification)
- Certified Compensation Professional certification is an asset
