Job Summary
Senior Compensation Analyst role (6-12 months fixed-term contract) responsible for implementing, managing and improving global pay and benefits programs. Oversees day-to-day analysis, execution, and communication of compensation and benefits; supports Recruitment, Finance, Legal, and HR stakeholders; collaborates on budgets, year-end incentive processes, and market benchmarking using Workday Compensation modules, Mercer/BDO surveys, and advanced Excel analyses. Emphasizes data-driven decision-making, benchmarking methodologies, and process improvements to ensure market competitiveness and internal alignment. Requirements include a degree-level education (post-graduate preferred) and strong experience with compensation data, benchmarking, and analytics; CP Certification is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally with a post-graduate qualification in a related discipline
- Certified Compensation Professional Certification is an asset
