Job Summary
Senior Compensation Analyst responsible for defining and managing a global pay and benefits program during a 6-12 month fixed-term contract. Will implement, manage and improve compensation and benefits programs, oversee day-to-day analysis, execution, and communication of global pay and benefits; develop a compensation philosophy aligned with company strategy; utilize data-driven methods for direct, indirect and nonfinancial compensation; support recruitment, finance for annual bonus and budgets, and legal compliance; participate in salary and labor market surveys; perform trend analysis; benchmark against Mercer and BDO data; apply Workday Core/Advanced Compensation configurations; leverage large datasets and provide SME support to stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, and Training & Resourcing; strong Excel analytics and market data skills; English proficiency; CCP is a valued asset.
Required Qualifications
- Degree-level education
- Experience with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation modules (configuration, data management, annual cycle support)
- Advanced Excel data analysis for compensation insights and reporting
- Experience with Mercer and BDO compensation surveys (data preparation, validation, submission)
- Proven capability in job matching and benchmarking using job libraries and market data from multiple vendors
- Familiarity with benchmarking methodologies to ensure market competitiveness and internal alignment
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes
- Ability to work with large datasets and collaborate with HR, Reward, and business stakeholders
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
