Job Summary
Senior Compensation Analyst contract (6-12 months) to implement, manage and improve global pay and benefits programs. Responsible for day-to-day analysis, execution, and communication of compensation and benefits; define a fair and competitive total compensation package aligned with company strategy; develop compensation philosophy; conduct data-driven decisions on direct/indirect/nonfinancial compensation; support recruitment, budgets, year-end incentive payments, and compliance; conduct market surveys, benchmarking, and data preparation with Workday Core/Advanced Compensation; leverage Mercer and BDO surveys; strong Excel and data-analysis skills; collaborate with HR, Reward, finance, and legal stakeholders; preferred experience in tech or pharma high-growth environments; degree-level education required.
