Senior Compensation Analyst (6-12 month fixed-term contract)

Senior Compensation Analyst on a 6-12 month fixed-term contract responsible for implementing and managing global pay and benefits, overseeing day-to-day analysis, execution, and communication; develop a compensation philosophy aligned with work culture and organizational objectives; use data-based methods for direct, indirect, and nonfinancial compensation; support recruitment, finance, and legal teams; participate in salary and labor market surveys; conduct ongoing research and report on trends; assess competitor plans and provide enhancements; provide SME support to stakeholders (department heads, country management, legal, finance, and HR); experience with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation modules (config, data management, annual cycle); advanced Excel for compensation insights; knowledge of compensation data submission processes; practical experience with Mercer and BDO surveys; proficiency in benchmarking and job matching with market data from multiple vendors; familiarity with benchmarking methodologies; strong analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into actions; structured, process-oriented approach to compensation operations; cross-functional collaboration; preferred experience in tech or pharma high-growth global environment; degree-level education (ideally with postgraduate qualification); English fluency; Certified Compensation Professional certification is a plus.
