Job Summary

As a Senior Compensation Consultant at TELUS, you will provide strategic consulting support on compensation trends, facilitate compensation programs, and advise internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include conducting market benchmarking, managing compensation programs, guiding on pay equity legislation, and collaborating with the People & Culture team on solutions for talent attraction and retention.

Required Qualifications

  • Progressive experience in compensation analyst or consultant roles
  • Understanding of compensation practices
  • Strong experience with Workday HRIS or SuccessFactors HRIS systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sound analytical skills
  • Robust decision-making skills
  • Effective collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite

Desired Qualifications

  • Intermediate knowledge of English
  • Bilingual (written and conversational English and French)
