Job Summary
Manage client portfolios and guide international structuring for lease, finance, securitisation, bond issues, holding structures, and private equity funds. Collaborate with Finance colleagues to resolve complex legal issues while maintaining accurate legal records. Actively coach mid-level and junior team members to support their development. Participate in growing and marketing the business to sustain the firm's reputation as a leading provider in trust and corporate services.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in (Dutch) corporate or fiscal or private or notary law
- minimum of 5-7 years of relevant working experience
- fluent in English and Dutch
- proven experience in financial services
