Job Summary
Conduct daily management of production Commvault systems including Windows media agents, Hyperscale Appliances, and cloud targets while providing technical guidance on data protection policies. Deliver daily support for customer recovery efforts across Exchange, Unix, Oracle, and SQL databases, and assist in planning hardware and software recommendations to enhance the Enterprise Data Protection & Recovery System. Create and update standard operating procedures and technical documentation, working shifts to provide 24/7 coverage with occasional travel to multiple data centers. This role requires full-time on-site presence in the DC Capital region for a U.S. Citizen.
