Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver community and stakeholder engagement activities aligned with contractual requirements and communication frameworks for programmed and routine maintenance works. Identify, manage, and mitigate stakeholder risks associated with planned works by developing practical measures in collaboration with operational teams. Act as a key member of the Contract Delivery Team to provide specialist engagement advice to project managers, supervisors, and client representatives, ensuring informed decision-making and effective risk management. Develop and implement comprehensive engagement plans for projects impacting communities, road users, and key stakeholders while building productive relationships with local authorities, businesses, and community groups. Prepare reports and documentation to support compliance with contractual community engagement requirements across the North Coast Region.
Required Qualifications

- practical experience in a similar role
- demonstrated experience leading community and stakeholder engagement activities within infrastructure, construction, maintenance, government or transport environments
- Experience within road, transport or maintenance contracts
- strong communicator
- sound understanding of contract delivery
