Job Summary
Lead property staff through interviews, onboarding, training, and quarterly assessments while driving team performance and managing disciplinary actions. Conduct ongoing training on leasing paperwork and safety, then motivate associates via recognition programs to boost morale. Promote resident satisfaction by promptly resolving service issues and collaborating with maintenance teams on request completion. Assist in budget preparation, complete financial reporting, and analyze market trends to implement leasing strategies for occupancy and revenue goals. Manage owner relationships through tours, updates, and response to requests. Follow eviction procedures and ensure adherence to company policies, values, and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 1-2 years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience
- 3 + years of related multi-family property management experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Team player, professional, and effective communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
- A flexible schedule is required and hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires
- A valid driver's license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver, as applicable
