Job Summary
Lead property staff through interviews, onboarding, training, and performance assessments to drive team productivity and adherence to company standards. Manage resident relations by promptly resolving complaints, coordinating maintenance responses, and implementing leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals. Handle financial reporting, budget preparation, and eviction procedures while maintaining positive relationships with owners. Conduct ongoing training on operational needs and safety, utilizing recognition programs to boost morale. Collaborate with marketing and HR to align team performance with business objectives and ensure compliance with all policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 1-2 years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience
- 3 + years of related multi-family property management experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Team player, professional, and effective communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
- A flexible schedule is required and hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires
- A valid driver's license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver, as applicable
