Senior Community Manager responsible for the success of multiple multimillion-dollar multifamily communities, leading teams across sites, driving leasing performance and occupancy targets, and delivering resident-centric experiences. Responsibilities include setting goals, coaching teams, collaborating with marketing on campaigns, managing operations, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA, overseeing vendor contracts, and optimizing NOI and budgets. Strong emphasis on leadership, financial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and leveraging CRM and social media to support marketing and occupancy growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of measurable sales leadership experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
