Job Summary
Senior Community Executive responsible for client/stakeholder management, proactively engaging stakeholders to exceed on-site client expectations, acting as on-site key point of contact for Facilities and Customer Service, serving as Community Manager/Host, gathering requirements and driving end-to-end delivery, reporting and data management, space management and data upkeep, liaison with vendors, 24/7 emergency site attendance, risk management including audits and business continuity planning, and continuous improvement of operations. Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, experience in facilities management, and knowledge of safety requirements, vendor management, budget management, and ability to develop business reports for client decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in facilities management, building, business or related field.
