Job Summary
Senior Community Clinician leading community mental health services in Latrobe Valley/LRH, diagnosing and coordinating care, delivering evidence-based pharmacological and therapeutic interventions within trauma-informed, culturally sensitive practice; conducting timely assessments using risk frameworks, coordinating with consumers and families, and contributing to inpatient and community-based mental health services in Gippsland. The role is full-time, fixed-term in Traralgon with relocation benefits and multidisciplinary team support.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse Division 1 with a formal post-Graduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA
- Post graduate qualification in Psychology and current registration with AHPRA
- Degree or Diploma in Social Work and eligibility for membership to AASW
- Experience in working in Mental Health service
