Job Summary
Senior Communications Writer to translate complex total rewards business plans into clear, trusted, and human-centered messaging. Craft executive-level messaging and practical employee communications for HR, Total Rewards, and internal audiences. Collaborate with program managers and creatives to deliver cohesive communication strategies, translating benefits, compensation, performance, and development topics into clear narratives for employees and managers; develop core messaging frameworks and write high-quality program communications, emails, announcements, manager guidance, and toolkits, ensuring consistency across touchpoints and global markets.
Required Qualifications
- Strong storytelling and executive writing skills
- Demonstrated experience distilling complex programs or strategies into clear, concise language
- Experience working on HR, rewards, or employee communications programs preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including program management and creative partners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to clarity, accuracy, and tone consistency
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
