Senior Communications Site Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary
Identify wireless telecom site candidates, conduct due diligence, and negotiate lease agreements within a specified search area. Coordinate with RF Engineers, Planning, and Construction personnel to ensure selected sites meet engineering, zoning, and construction requirements. Assemble complete site packages for approval, procure zoning and parcel maps, and review construction drawings to make necessary changes. Negotiate lease agreements with landlords and ancillary easement agreements, request title reports, and procure required signatures. Assist Planning personnel with land use applications, attend public hearings, and community meetings related to site acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, real estate, economics, or other related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of site acquisition experience in land mobile radio, cellular radio, microwave radio, or wireless communications industry
