Job Summary
Senior Communications Producer at Naughty Dog responsible for overseeing project management and production for the franchise and studio brand. Duties include building and maintaining roadmaps, tracking deliverables across multiple pipelines (physical and digital products, content timelines, events), ensuring asset delivery and clear expectations, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines, anticipating and mitigating issues, routing materials to stakeholders including PlayStation partners, and maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and external partners. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, cross-department collaboration, and maintaining efficient workflows and pipelines. Required experience includes 8+ years in production/PM roles (preferably in video games/creative agencies), familiarity with AA/AAA titles, strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, and proficiency with production tools (Trello, Excel, MS Project, Miro, Confluence, Wrike). Also notes experience presenting to senior leaders and vendors, and a working knowledge of game production is a plus. The role is based in Santa Monica, CA with an estimated USA base pay range of $137,200–$171,500 USD.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in production, account, operational, and/or project management, preferably in a video game industry, entertainment, or creative agency role
- Experience closing out one or more AA or AAA games preferred
- Deep understanding of project management, workflow, and infrastructure
- Proven experience managing multiple streams of work with a variety of stakeholders and approval channels
- Ability to handle a high volume of assets across multiple teams and stakeholders while maintaining tight deadlines
- Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and juggling multiple projects
- Proficiency with Production practices and software (Trello, Excel, Microsoft Project, Miro, Confluence, Wrike, or equivalents)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with partners and stakeholders
- Experience presenting to senior leaders and/or executives
- Working knowledge of video game production and development is a plus
