Job Summary
Manage end-to-end communication strategy processes from briefs through insights, media recommendations, execution, and evaluation. Adapt global strategies for the CEE region by defining strategic vision and overseeing implementation across multiple markets. Coordinate client campaign planning and optimization across online and offline media. Develop annual plans and serve as a key client advisor in communications, leading strategic meetings, status updates, and recommendation presentations. Directly collaborate with marketing directors and specialist teams, including planners, digital, TV, performance, and analytics groups. Support junior team members through development, mentoring, and work management. This role sits within Zenith's Poland team, part of Publicis Groupe, which serves over 60 global and Polish clients including PepsiCo, Disney, and Swarovski.
Required Qualifications
- Samodzielne prowadzenie projektów dla dużych marek i złożonych kampanii mediowych (zarówno offline, jak i digital)
- doświadczenie w planowaniu strategii mediowej z wykorzystaniem wszystkich mediów (zarówno offline jak i online)
- biegła komunikacja w języku angielskim, (min B2)
- 5+ lat doświadczenia w pracy w mediach
- zdolność analizowania i interpretowania danych oraz wyciągania wniosków
- umiejętności organizacyjne, koordynacyjne

- Doświadczenie w pracy z międzynarodowymi markami i globalnymi strukturami
