Job Summary
Senior Communications Manager for the Oral Healthcare/Sonicare Business Unit at Philips. Lead upstream public relations, influencer and discoverability efforts for product and innovation launches, including media relations and influencer strategy; develop and implement internal and external communications plans for the Oral Healthcare/Sonicare unit; spearhead an ongoing global employee engagement program and collaborate across functions to drive engagement and culture. Partner with senior executives to protect and enhance company reputation, manage leadership communications, executive positioning, CSR and public affairs across key stakeholder audiences; balance speed with thoughtful messaging in a fast-moving digital media landscape; requires 8-10 years in PR/media relations and fluency in English. The role emphasizes a high-impact, high-trust environment with leadership presence, calm stakeholder management and alignment across diverse voices, supporting numerous launches and strategic initiatives. The position is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and office-based teams are required to be in the office at least three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing or a similar field
- 8-10 years of experience in PR, media relations, influencer & social strategy (agency experience or global corporate CPG also highly desired)
- Strong media relations experience and global crisis communications experience
