Senior Communications Manager – Oral Healthcare/Sonicare

Senior Communications Manager for Philips' Oral Healthcare/Sonicare business unit responsible for leading proactive upstream PR, influencer and discoverability efforts for product launches, media relations, internal and external communications, and global employee engagement. The role partners with senior executives and the Leadership Team, reporting to the Head of Business Communications. Core duties include developing/upstream PR strategy, influencer strategy, crisis communications, internal engagement plans, external thought leadership, and cross-BU collaboration within Personal Health. Required capabilities include: managing high-stakes communications, crafting timely messages with appropriate tone and truth, balancing speed with thoroughness, and operating across a fast-moving digital media landscape. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications/Marketing or related field, 8-10 years of PR/media relations/influencer & social strategy experience (agency or global corporate CPG desired), strong business acumen, and fluency in English. The role is office-based with in-person requirements (Amsterdam, The Netherlands), with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.
