Job Summary
Lead, manage and continuously enhance SIPP customer communications across the business with strategic and operational accountability for ensuring all customer and distributor communications—verbal, digital and paper-based—are clear, engaging, and deliver good customer outcomes. Set standards aligned to Consumer Duty and the Customer Understanding Outcome; oversee delivery of Consumer Duty communication accountabilities in partnership with senior stakeholders; establish best-practice principles for simple, logical, and consistent communications that place customer needs and behaviours at the center of design and delivery; ensure communications meet the needs of the defined target market with awareness of behavioural biases and how they influence decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a communication role in financial services
- Excellent written communications and interpersonal skills including pensions technical writing
- Knowledge of the SIPP marketplace is essential
