Job Summary
Senior Communications Business Partner to support operational excellence by translating lean and quality initiatives into employee- and customer-facing messaging; partner with operational excellence leaders to develop clear messaging and content that reinforces business priorities; identify and craft customer stories demonstrating the impact of operational excellence on performance and value creation; produce executive-ready materials including talking points, presentations, newsletters, and campaign content; collaborate with the broader communications team to ensure aligned, timely messaging; support key moments and employee engagement tied to continuous improvement and quality; drive awareness of operational excellence priorities across a global workforce; monitor communications effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve clarity and reach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field
- Strong writing and content development skills
- Ability to work across functions and build strong relationships with leaders and teammates
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organization preferred
