Job Summary
Luminary Labs seeks a digital-savvy Senior Communications Associate to support public-facing initiatives for clients, focusing on strategic marketing and communications. Responsibilities include collaborating on audience definitions, developing integrated strategies, tracking campaign analytics, building networks, conducting outreach, and creating compelling communications materials across channels. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in marketing or communications, with demonstrated experience in handling large-scale campaigns. Strong writing skills and adaptability in dynamic environments are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years work experience in tech-savvy marketing, communications, or business development
- 2-3 years experience managing large-scale integrated communications programs
- Demonstrated experience managing social media campaigns, direct marketing, and press outreach
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Superb writing abilities and experience developing multichannel content to activate audiences
- Excellent verbal skills and high emotional intelligence
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in an agency, consultancy, startup, or with corporate clients
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media analytics
- Ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly, with experience in Mailchimp and WordPress as a plus
- Familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and/or other equivalent LLMs
