Senior Communication Manager (Recruitment Marketing)

Senior Communication Manager will develop and execute recruitment-marketing communications strategies to support talent acquisition goals. The role partners with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding to strengthen candidate engagement, ensure consistent messaging across recruitment channels, and monitor industry trends and content performance. Responsibilities include developing external podcast initiatives, coordinating production timelines, auditing materials for brand alignment, leading communication planning for conferences and events, supporting executives with speaking opportunities and executive messages, translating complex business topics into clear materials, supporting change management and internal communications, creating campaigns to strengthen employee connection, and collaborating with People teams on internal events and programs. Requirements include 5+ years in corporate/recruitment communications or related fields, experience managing internal and external initiatives, employer branding/recruitment marketing experience, executive-level communication skills, event/podcasts/content program experience, experience in technology and iGaming environments, senior leadership communications experience, and knowledge of employer branding and talent-attraction strategies.
