Job Summary
Senior Communications Manager focused on recruitment marketing and employer branding. Responsible for developing communication strategies to support talent acquisition goals, partnering with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams to strengthen candidate engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging across recruitment channels. Responsibilities include monitoring industry trends and content performance, auditing and guiding external content for brand consistency, coordinating podcasts and external events, translating complex business topics into clear materials, drafting executive messages and leadership updates, and supporting change management and internal employee programs. The role requires strong storytelling, stakeholder management, and content production capabilities, with experience in technology and iGaming environments and a track record of delivering executive-level communications and event programs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in corporate and recruitment communications, employer branding, internal communications, or related fields
- Proven experience managing both internal and external communication initiatives
- Experience supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing programs
- Experience creating executive-level communication materials
- Experience organizing events, webinars, podcasts, or content programs
- Experience in technology and iGaming environments
- Experience supporting senior leadership communications
- Knowledge of employer branding and talent attraction strategies
