Job Summary
Support enterprise Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms by administering Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Esri ArcGIS, and GIS Server systems across projects and business units. Configure project environments, workflows, permissions, and document control structures while defining platform standards, security policies, and governance models. Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or Python to streamline administration, reporting, and operational processes, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure platform reliability and disaster recovery readiness. Provide day-to-day technical guidance to support staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations and technology roadmaps. This hybrid role in Bengaluru or Gurgaon requires 10-15 years of experience supporting enterprise engineering technology platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or another Engineering discipline
- 10-15 years of professional experience supporting enterprise engineering technology platforms
- Solid hands-on experience administering and supporting Bentley ProjectWise
- Solid hands-on experience administering and supporting Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Solid hands-on experience administering and supporting Esri ArcGIS Enterprise
- Solid hands-on experience administering and supporting GIS Server platforms
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide and/or project-specific deployments
- Experience in PowerShell, Python, or equivalent scripting languages
- Experience with enterprise authentication, permissions, security, and governance models
- Experience providing technical guidance to teams supporting enterprise platforms
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt emerging technologies
- All newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Software development and automation skills
- Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, and platform integrations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
- Experience with SQL Server or other enterprise databases
- Familiarity with engineering authoring tools such as Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, AutoCAD, or other CAD/BIM applications
- CAD Management experience within engineering or construction organizations
- Experience supporting infrastructure, transportation, utilities, or construction programs
- Relevant vendor certifications in Bentley, Autodesk, Esri, Microsoft, or cloud technologies
