Job Summary
Senior-level procurement role focusing on indirect goods and services. Develop and execute global category strategies across indirect categories in collaboration with global category teams and regional units across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Lead complex sourcing initiatives (RFx, negotiations, e-sourcing), drive cost optimization and standardization, and govern supplier selection, contracts, and performance with internal stakeholders. Use market intelligence and analytics to support fact-based decisions and contribute to a high-performance, customer-focused organization.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in indirect sourcing or category management
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders (L1/L2 leaders)
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluent English (C1)
- Desire to align with corporate core principles and strategic priorities
