Job Summary
Administer monthly commission calculations and payments via SAP Commissions, ensuring alignment with global payroll timelines. Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and HR to operationalize incentive plans, manage accruals, and lead financial close reconciliations. Modernize workflows by leveraging AI to automate processes in SAP, Salesforce, and NetSuite while resolving complex sales queries through ServiceNow. This role requires proficiency in CallidusCloud, advanced Excel, and cross-platform systems. You will work primarily in the Prague office.
Required Qualifications
- Deep functional knowledge of incentive compensation administration, plan mechanics, and commission operations
- Proficient hands-on experience using enterprise incentive compensation management platforms (such as SAP Commissions/CallidusCloud, Xactly, or Anaplan)
- Advanced Excel, Google Sheets
- Salesforce
- NetSuite
- ServiceNow
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work proactively and adapt to changing business needs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- In-Office Presence: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave
