Senior Commercial Title Officer (Remote)

Senior Commercial Title Officer supports title agents in commercial real estate closings across the United States. Responsibilities include title commitment reviews, ordering title and tax updates, obtaining title curative matters, assembling recording and transfer tax information, quoting premiums, creating and maintaining files, reviewing buyer/seller/lender documents for closings, reviewing surveys and due diligence items, preparing and revising title commitments and endorsements, coordinating with escrow and recording departments to ensure seamless transactions, issuing final title policies and endorsements per underwriting guidelines, and professional communication with internal and external parties. May provide training or mentorship to less experienced personnel. Requires 5-8 years of title industry experience (complex commercial and multi-site preferred), proficiency with Adobe and MS Office, ability to learn company systems (FAST preferred), strong written and verbal communication, time management, attention to detail, organization, and a professional service attitude.
