Job Summary
Senior Commercial Title Officer responsible for performing/reviewing title searches for national commercial transactions, analyzing records (liens, judgments, easements, vital statistics, survey), determining ownership and legal description, pricing commitments, endorsements, and policies, reviewing deeds and corporate documents, and coordinating resolution of title issues. Role may involve regional variations where attorneys review search packages; strong communication with internal/external customers; ability to leverage MS Office and adapt to new software; requires curiosity, research skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. In-office/hybrid work arrangement with emphasis on delivering accurate title services for multi-state portfolios.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years of commercial title related experience
