Job Summary
Senior Commercial Solutions Consultant for Navan Expense responsible for implementing the Expense solution, aligning with Sales/Product/Finance/Support to delight clients and drive revenue. Responsibilities include developing understanding of Navan Expense, applying accounting/finance knowledge and platform expertise to implement the solution, managing projects to ensure client success, training and elevating Account Management on value proposition and product capabilities to drive usage and revenue, and acting as the voice of expense customers while collaborating cross-functionally with product, finance, operations and implementation teams for product development. Ideal candidate has accounting/finance background, 1+ year experience in related roles within fintech, strategic thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and strong communication/presentation skills. Pay range disclosed as $90,000–$120,000 USD; location noted as San Francisco, CA, US.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years accounting/finance background
- 2+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Manager or Professional Services Consultant in fintech
