Senior Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Coordinator

Senior Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Coordinator responsible for supporting the CRE Underwriting function in servicing, underwriting, and asset management. Responsibilities include analyzing property financial statements and loan documents (e.g., rent roll, historical operating statements, appraisals), reviewing credit reports to ensure regulatory compliance, coordinating with onshore/offshore teams and external customers to meet client needs, and generating performance and status reports. Requires collaboration with risk partners to mitigate gaps, mentorship of new team members, and the ability to analyze historical cash flows and develop proforma based on property performance and market data. Must contribute to timely decision-making and maintain adherence to company policies while supporting achievement of quality and productivity targets. Desired experience includes CRE/multifamily capital prescreening and underwriting for conventional and FHA mortgage products. Posting End Date: 14 Jun 2026.
