Job Summary
Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial property acquisitions, dispositions, and development agreements for middle-market, entrepreneurial, and institutional entities. Represent lenders and borrowers in financing, asset-based lending, and loan originations. Draft and negotiate high-value retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use leases. Review title commitments and surveys to resolve sophisticated easements, covenants, and land-use restrictions. Requires minimum of 10+ years of dedicated commercial real estate experience with zero practice-area training. Candidates must hold a J.D. and active admission to the Connecticut State Bar. Required Qualifications
