Job Summary
Senior Commercial Operations Manager is responsible for driving the efficiency of the commercial engine by designing and refining end-to-end sales workflow from lead generation to billing, owning Salesforce CRM data integrity and dashboards, and enabling Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support with insights. You will lead quota and territory planning, manage the quoting and contract lifecycle (MOUs, MSAs, SOWs) in collaboration with Finance and Legal, and support revenue forecasting and business planning. The role includes funnel analytics, evaluating/implementing the tech stack (Salesforce, BI tools, marketing automation, ERP), cross-functional leadership with Lab Ops and Quality Control, and delivering executive-level reports that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities. The position is full-time and onsite at the Fremont, California headquarters with responsibilities spanning Sales Operations, Marketing Analytics, and cross-functional program readiness, including product launch readiness and ISO/compliance initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Business, Finance or Science
- An MBA is a significant plus
- 12+ years of experience in the business environment
- 6+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations or Business Operations
- Experience in Life Sciences, Biotech, or MedTech industries
- Power-user status in Salesforce and advanced Excel (modeling/pivot tables)
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI; Monday.com a plus
