Job Summary
Support the preparation and approval of customer proposals, including document review, formatting, and analysis of contract terms and pricing summaries. Assist with negotiations by preparing plans, packs, and supporting materials, while managing the drafting and review of customer-facing commercial agreements. Lead internal coordination for meetings, action tracking, and reporting, and maintain commercial governance through continuous improvements to processes and templates. Present information clearly to internal and external stakeholders, triaging incoming requests to ensure effective communication flow. This role supports the delivery of major contracts for Rolls-Royce SMR's Small Modular Reactor technology across the UK, Czech Republic, and Sweden.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting commercial contracting or pricing activities
- Experience supporting the drafting, negotiation and/or management of contracts or commercial agreements
- Ability to lead coordinating and managing multiple workstreams

- Satisfactory completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
- Satisfactory completion of a basic financial probity check
- Location & Ways of Working: Derby office based with hybrid working and regular weekly attendance expected
- Some travel may be required depending on project or customer needs
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry contract forms such as NEC, FIDIC, JCT or similar
